M13 — Create-from-link & Obsidian import

Two usability features: the page-not-found screen offers creating the missing page (phantom wikilinks resolve in one click), and pond admins can import a whole Obsidian vault ZIP — folders become the page tree, Obsidian tags become labels, and note-name wikilinks are rewritten to Dorfteich slugs so they keep working.
